It is those fleeting moments of childhood that you want to keep forever, those instances when pure joy crosses your children’s gorgeous and adorable faces. In their excitement at seeing, touching, hearing or feeling something new, something they love or someone they love, the corners of their little mouths curl up, their eyes shine with glee. Those moments of true happiness in the simple things in life, playing, learning & loving.

We capture those moments so that you will have them to enjoy forever.

For Dani, Spit & Giggle provides an outlet to pursue what she truly loves; photographing the innocence, the beauty and the happiness of children. However she is yet to decide which she enjoys more, the happiness of the children or the child-like happiness of the parents when they see their photographs.

Sessions

Spit & Giggle offer a highly specialised level of service before, during and after your photography session through creativity, preparation and our personal touch. Our intention is to create a perfect environment so that we are able to capture those candid, beautiful and precious moments for you.

Timing

Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, but are never rushed. Parents are encouraged to do what is necessary so that children are happy and relaxed and to give the children all the time that they need.

Within 2 weeks of your photography session you will receive, via email, a link to your online proofing gallery with 30 to 40 images. The gallery will be live for 2 weeks during which time you’ll be able to make your selections and place your orders.

Location

Spit & Giggle sessions generally take place in your  home. This is the best environment to capture your children’s true character as it is the place that they are most comfortable to be themselves. If this is not possible or you would like to mix the session up a bit, a trip to the local playground, beach, pool or grandparent’s home are other options.

Style

Spit and Giggle’s style is true to life; fun, playful, intimate and real.  This style transcends the photography and should reflect the environment and clothing choices as well. Your home is your home and it is part of the memory and clothing should be fun but simple. We don’t want the clothing to outshine the child so we don’t recommend costumes, choose something they love to wear or you love them to wear.
